Website

• This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics.
• Fonts are loaded from this server, not from third parties.
• The host, Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland), stores technically necessary server logs (e.g. IP address, time, requested file). They are used to run the site securely and are deleted after a short period.

RenAImer

• RenAImer sends the content of the selected files to the Claude API of Anthropic PBC (USA) for analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
• Your API key, settings and log stay on your computer (folder %APPDATA%\RenAImer).
• mhaase software receives no files, file names or usage data.

CurAtor

• CurAtor works only on your computer and sends no data. It does not use an internet connection.
• Marks and rotations are stored in the file .curator.json in each picture folder. Settings are kept in %APPDATA%\CurAtor, thumbnails in %LOCALAPPDATA%\CurAtor.
• mhaase software receives no pictures, file names or usage data.

Support (Ko-fi)

• If you voluntarily support mhaase software, you pay via Ko-fi (Ko-fi Labs Limited, United Kingdom) and PayPal. Their privacy policies apply.
• mhaase software receives the details you enter there, e.g. name, e-mail address and an optional message. They are only used to process the payment and to say thank you, and are not passed on.

You can request access to your data, or its correction or deletion. Write to the email address in the legal notice.
